ChatLab offers four pricing tiers, with two months free on annual subscriptions. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial.

  • Free ($0/month): 30 message credits, 1 chatbot, 400,000 training characters per bot, 10 links to train on, 1 administrator user. Includes widget personalization, chat history, training with corrections, spam filter, and conversation rating. Free bots are deleted after 10 days of inactivity.
  • Basic ($18/month): 2,400 message credits, 2 chatbots, 11 million training characters per bot, 2 administrator users, unlimited links to train on. Adds human support contact form, lead collection, team sharing, basic analytics, live chat (beta), and access to advanced AI models with 16k/32k token contexts.
  • Standard ($95/month): 11,000 message credits, 5 chatbots, 15 million training characters per bot, 5 administrator users. Adds AI conversation insights, auto re-training (weekly or monthly), client and conversation summaries, cross-conversation memory, ChatLab logo removal, e-commerce and travel integrations, WhatsApp for Business, custom AI API actions, Bot Talk and Management API, Email Copilot (1 account), and voice conversation models.
  • Premium ($360/month): 50,000 message credits, 25 chatbots, 15 million training characters per bot, 25 administrator users. Adds chat widget on custom domain, daily auto re-training, custom branding with your own logo in chat footer, Agency Package with client UI on your domain, phone-to-agent connection (1 voice phone slot), 5 Email Copilot accounts, 60-minute onboarding, and 30-minute monthly support calls.

Optional add-ons include additional message credits (1,000 for $7/month), extra chatbot and user slots ($7/month per pair), additional training characters (10MB for $50/month), ChatLab logo removal on Basic plan ($35/month), live chat add-on ($35/month), e-commerce integrations on Basic plan ($30/month), travel and hotel integrations ($30/month), extra Email Copilot accounts ($15/month each), voice models on Basic plan ($19/month), voice phone slots ($29/month each), and consultation sessions ($49 per 30 minutes).

Affiliate Program

ChatLab offers an affiliate program that pays a 20% recurring commission on every referred customer for the first 6 months of their subscription. Affiliates receive a unique referral link. ChatLab also offers an Agency Program (included in Premium at $360/month) for digital agencies and resellers who want to white-label the platform, set their own prices, and keep 100% of revenue.
