Collabricate is a project management platform designed for content creators, YouTube teams, and digital agencies who need to streamline video editing workflows and collaborate on creative projects. It combines file management, team communication, task tracking, and client sharing in a single workspace built around content production rather than generic project management.
How It Works
- Create a project and add editors or designers. Collabricate instantly sets up a clean workspace with AI-powered templates, smart workflows, and instant setup
- Upload files and add tasks directly within the project workspace, with everything organized automatically and no separate Drive folder setup required
- Collaborate in real-time with chat, feedback, revisions, and deadline tracking, all inside the project without switching between scattered apps
- Share with clients by choosing what they can see with one click, sending updates, previews, or final versions through branded client portals
Key Features
- AI-powered project templates that generate complete project structures with folders, tasks, and milestones based on successful previous projects. Smart project setup auto-creates workflows, assigns team roles, and sets up collaboration spaces. Instant timeline generation analyzes project scope and creates realistic timelines with milestone dependencies
- Creative threads for sharing updates, inspiration, and project activities in threaded discussions, keeping everyone informed with real-time project conversations and collaborative feedback on creative ideas with media sharing
- Smart file management with intelligent folder organization and easy navigation. Timestamp comments on videos and files can be assigned as tasks to team members. File collaboration includes commenting, change discussions, and version history tracking
- Team collaboration with project-specific messaging channels, file sharing, team management with role assignment and permissions across projects, and smart notifications for important updates, deadlines, and team activities
- Professional client sharing through branded portals with agency logos, selective file access controls so clients only see relevant files and milestones, and real-time progress transparency with milestone summaries
- Universal search across all projects, files, folders, tasks, and milestones from one place, combined with smart notifications and activity tracking for monitoring all project activities in real-time
