Mailr is an AI email writing assistant available as a Chrome extension for Google Chrome. It helps individuals and professionals draft and reply to emails faster by generating complete messages from short user instructions, with configurable tone and style options. The extension aims to reduce the significant time spent on daily email correspondence while maintaining communication quality across different contexts and recipients.
How It Works
Using Mailr follows a three-step process. First, the user types a brief instruction describing the goal or intention of the email in a few short words, such as "request a meeting" or "follow up on proposal." Next, they choose from over 10 available tones including friendly, formal, informal, persuasive, professional, or casual to match the intended recipient and context. The extension then instantly generates a complete email draft that the user can review, make any desired edits, and send directly from their browser without leaving their email interface.
