Passisto is an AI-powered recruitment and enterprise platform that automates the entire hiring pipeline from job posting to candidate selection. The platform enables companies to screen candidates at scale, conduct intelligent AI interviews, evaluate CVs automatically, and build high-performing teams using data-driven decision-making tools. With support for over 500 companies and 10,000 candidates processed, Passisto helps organizations hire faster, reduce recruitment overhead, and improve candidate quality through objective AI assessments.
How It Works
Companies start by defining their job offer with role requirements, skills, experience level, and key competencies. The AI uses these criteria to automatically evaluate candidates during CV screening and tailor each recruitment phase to specific hiring needs. Organizations can set up custom recruitment phases with configurable scoring rules, create AI interview templates with personalized questions, design automated email templates for candidate communication, and process CVs either manually or through AI-generated application forms. The system produces detailed candidate assessments with performance feedback, allowing hiring managers to compare candidates side by side and advance the best fits with one click.
