Growtechie is an online learning platform that provides expert-led courses and personalized mentorship in data science, artificial intelligence, programming, and UI/UX design. Based in India, the platform uses a work-experience based learning approach, where students build real projects under the guidance of industry mentors rather than following traditional lecture-based instruction.
Key Features
- Expert-led live courses: all classes are conducted live by industry professionals, covering Data Science, Data Analytics, Python, SQL, AI Engineering, Full Stack Development, UI/UX Design, Cyber Security, Automation Testing, Docker, and React. Courses include hands-on exercises and real-world assignments.
- Project-based learning: learners build projects that simulate real job tasks at companies such as Airbnb (responsive frontend), Zerodha (portfolio analysis tools), and Flipkart (distributed systems on AWS). This approach helps students build a portfolio of demonstrable work.
- Personalized mentorship: one-on-one sessions with industry experts provide guidance on projects, career planning, and skill development. Mentors are vetted through an application and interview process. The platform reports over 500 hours of mentorship delivered and 50+ projects completed with a 100% deployment rate.
- Mock interviews: structured interview preparation with detailed feedback helps learners prepare for job opportunities at technology companies.
- Community: a Discord community enables learners to collaborate on projects, share resources, and receive peer support.
- Free webinars: regular sessions on generative AI, coding fundamentals, career planning, and AI and jobs are available at no cost to prospective and current learners.
