Autismify

Autismify is a clinical copilot for Applied Behavior Analysis therapy that enables BCBA clinicians to create, assign, and track personalized parent training programs for families of autistic children. The platform serves as a bridge between therapists and caregivers, translating clinical treatment plans into actionable daily steps that families complete at home.

• Assessment engine with radar chart visualizations that measure child development across multiple domains, giving clinicians and caregivers a clear view of progress over time. Results are stored per attempt and tied to each child profile for longitudinal tracking.
• Assignment management that lets BCBAs build structured learning tracks combining multiple step types: informational articles for psychoeducation, clinical assessments for evaluation, and guided reflections for caregiver observations and feedback.
• Child profile system supporting multiple children per caregiver account, each with therapist-assigned learning tracks and assessment history. Caregivers link child profiles using invitation codes provided by their BCBA.
• Multi-language interface supporting 10 locales including English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, and Hebrew with automatic right-to-left layout support. Language detection uses browser preferences, localStorage, and cookie fallbacks.
• Secure authentication powered by Supabase with session refresh, metadata synchronization, and token-based access. The system handles session timeouts, refresh failures, and automatically redirects unauthenticated users to sign in.
• Step-by-step progress tracking with per-step completion states. Caregivers can mark articles as read, submit text reflections, and upload supporting files in PDF, JPG, PNG, or DOC format for therapist review.
• Cookie consent management with granular opt-in categories for analytics, advertising, and personalization, compliant with GDPR and ePrivacy regulations across regions.

Intended Users

• Board Certified Behavior Analysts who design and oversee ABA therapy programs. Clinicians create assignment tracks, assign assessments, and review caregiver-submitted progress from a centralized dashboard.
• Caregivers and parents of autistic children who receive therapist-assigned daily or weekly tasks, complete exercises at their own pace, and share observations with their clinical team without requiring in-person visits for every step.

Privacy and Security

• Authentication uses Supabase with configurable session timeouts and automatic token refresh. Idle sessions that cannot be refreshed redirect to the login page to protect patient data.
• Analytics tracking is disabled by default and requires explicit user consent. The platform uses Google Tag Manager with a consent banner respecting user choices for storage, analytics, and personalization.
• File uploads for caregiver submissions are handled through Supabase storage with per-session access controls, supporting PDF, JPG, PNG, and DOC formats for clinical documentation.
