Charisma is a conversational AI platform that enables organizations to build interactive training simulations and brand campaigns powered by believable virtual characters. How It Works

Charisma uses a graph-based story editor where creators script character dialogue, player choices, and narrative branches. Creators design conversation flows by connecting nodes that represent character lines, player responses, actions, media, and memory operations. A matching engine selects the appropriate responses based on player input, while generative AI nodes can produce dynamic dialogue, rephrase responses, and enable character improvisation. This blended approach lets creators control key story beats while allowing AI to handle unscripted interactions naturally within the narrative.

New Pro licence activations include a one-month free trial with 50,000 credits. Additional credit bundles are available from $20 to $500, expiring 12 months after purchase.
