Elephouse is an all-in-one personal assistant that helps individuals manage tasks, calendars, habits, and notes through a minimalist, intuitive interface. Designed for people overwhelmed by complex productivity tools, it combines task management, calendar scheduling, habit tracking, journaling, and financial tracking into a single unified platform. Built by a solo German developer, the app prioritizes radical simplicity and ease of use over feature quantity, with the philosophy that users should not need tutorials or manuals to get started.

Key Features

• Multi-functional input line. The primary way to interact with Elephouse is through a single unified input field. Users type tasks, reminders, or notes in natural language, and the system automatically processes them with smart categorization. Labels such as #arbeit (work), #gesundheit (health), or #familie (family) allow easy filtering and organization. There is no complex setup, menu navigation, or configuration required.
• Smart task management. Tasks are automatically sorted into Today, Tomorrow, Overdue, and Next Week views based on due dates. The interface displays tasks in a clean list format with checkboxes, labels, and relative dates, providing an at-a-glance overview of priorities without overwhelming the user.
• Calendar integration (in development). A dedicated calendar view is being built to show tasks and appointments together, with planned support for external calendar synchronization. The goal is to eliminate the need for separate calendar applications.
• Habit tracking (coming soon). Users will be able to define habits they want to build and track consistency over time. The feature emphasizes small, sustainable steps rather than perfectionism, with progress views that motivate without pressure.
• Notes and journal (coming soon). A flexible journaling tool will allow users to capture thoughts, ideas, and daily reflections. Adaptive prompts and automatic organization are planned to make the practice effortless.

Elephouse is currently free to use during its beta phase with no credit card required. After the beta period, three pricing tiers are planned: 9 euros per month (cancel anytime), 79 euros per year (approximately 6.58 euros per month, representing a 27 percent discount over monthly billing), and a one-time lifetime payment of 599 euros for early adopters who want permanent access.
