EmailTriager is an AI email assistant that integrates directly with Gmail to automatically draft personalized email replies. It learns each user's writing style from their past emails, producing drafts that match their voice without requiring manual AI training, prompt configuration, or browser extensions. How It Works

• After connecting a Gmail account, EmailTriager reads past emails once to build a Knowledge Base that captures the user's writing patterns, vocabulary, phrasing preferences, and typical sign-offs. This initial training is a one-time process and does not require ongoing maintenance.
• When a new email arrives that needs a response, EmailTriager generates a draft directly inside Gmail within roughly one minute. The draft appears in the Gmail compose window, ready for review.
• The user reviews the pre-written draft, makes any desired edits, and sends it. EmailTriager never sends emails automatically on the user's behalf.
• Users can remove the tool at any time, and Gmail returns to normal operation without residual changes or data retention. The Knowledge Base can also be viewed or deleted manually.

• True Voice technology trains a private AI model on each user's past emails rather than using generic templates, producing drafts that reflect the user's own tone, vocabulary, sentence structure, and email conventions such as common sign-offs and greeting styles.

• Pricing is based on Accepted Drafts—drafts that the user sends with less than 20 percent of the words changed. Heavily edited drafts and deleted drafts do not count toward the monthly quota, so users only pay for drafts that are genuinely useful with minimal modification.
• Users retain full control over their data. The Knowledge Base that powers drafting can be viewed or deleted at any time from the account settings.
