How It Works

Each trigger starts a flow that can send messages, ask questions, capture user input, tag contacts, update custom fields, or connect to external services via API calls and webhooks. A built-in Randomizer and Smart Delay let marketers A/B test messages and time sends for optimal engagement.

Manychat AI

Manychat AI brings generative AI and natural language understanding into chat automation. The AI Replies skill automatically detects questions in DMs and comments, then responds using context from a configurable Knowledge library. AI Comments identifies positive comments on Instagram posts and reels and replies with brand-aligned messages to boost engagement. AI Goals sets specific outcomes such as link clicks, follows, or lead qualification and lets the AI steer conversations toward those goals. Users train the AI by adding Knowledge entries — links to website pages (scanned for text), up to 250,000 characters of text per entry, or soon file uploads. The AI automatically detects the language of incoming messages and responds in kind.

The Pro plan starts at $15 per month for up to 500 contacts and scales based on contact count, with a 14-day free trial. Pro unlocks unlimited automations, sequences, tags, custom fields, SMS and email channels, integrations, and removes Manychat branding. The Manychat AI add-on is available on paid plans. WhatsApp messaging carries additional per-message fees based on Meta's template category and destination market rates. An Elite tier offers dedicated Customer Success Manager support for larger accounts.

Affiliate Program

Manychat operates an official Partner (Affiliate) Program powered by PartnerStack, accessible at affiliate.manychat.com.
