How It Works
- AI agents are deployed on email inboxes, team inboxes, or helpdesk apps like Front and Zendesk. They read incoming messages and attachments, classify them by type and urgency, route them to the appropriate system or team member, and can auto-generate responses or trigger downstream workflows in connected ERP systems.
- Document extractors use AI to parse structured and unstructured data from enterprise documents. Pre-built extractors exist for common document types such as POs, invoices, and CoAs, while custom extractors can be configured in minutes through the platform builder interface.
- A document review portal provides human-in-the-loop validation for exceptions, giving teams control over edge cases while automation handles the majority of routine processing.
