Waveloom

Waveloom is a background AI agent that connects to a user's tools, monitors activity, drafts next steps, and surfaces outcomes in a calm feed. It is designed for professionals, founders, and operators who want to delegate monitoring and routine actions to an autonomous agent while retaining approval control over anything that has external impact.

How It Works

• Background agent. Waveloom runs continuously in the background, monitoring connected tools and services without requiring manual prompts or check-ins. It watches email, tracks competitors, scans web sources, and observes activity across authorized tools.
• Smart drafts. Every action the agent prepares is drafted with full context, including relevant details from the monitoring data. Drafts are presented in the feed for review before any external action is taken.
• Calm feed. All agent activity and suggestions are aggregated into a single feed organized by priority. Items that need attention are flagged; completed items are grouped separately. The feed is designed to be reviewable in minutes rather than hours.

Key Capabilities

• Email triage. Waveloom monitors Gmail and Outlook, flags important messages, drafts replies, and surfaces action items from conversations. It categorizes incoming messages so users can focus on what matters.
• Competitor monitoring. The agent continuously scans specified web sources and social channels for competitor moves, funding news, and market signals, surfacing relevant findings in the feed.
• Outreach and scheduling. Waveloom can draft and send outreach emails, detect replies that indicate interest, and propose calendar slots for meetings. All external actions require user approval unless autonomy settings are configured otherwise.
• Inbox triage. The agent categorizes incoming messages, flags urgent items, and groups less important updates for batch review at the user's convenience. This reduces inbox overload and helps users stay on top of communications.

Approval Controls

Waveloom lets users set autonomy per task type. Actions that send messages, schedule meetings, or post content require explicit approval by default. Users can configure the agent to auto-approve certain routine actions. Nothing is sent without approval unless the user explicitly configures it. This approach balances automation with human oversight.

Integrations and Data Handling

Waveloom integrates with Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, LinkedIn, and general web sources. Each user's agent operates in isolation. Data is not shared between users. Credentials and sensitive information are encrypted at rest and in transit. Analytics are handled by Plausible, a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies.

Availability and Pricing

Waveloom is currently in early access beta. Users can join a waitlist on the website for access. Pricing has not been announced as of early 2026.
