ProxiedMail is a proxy-email service that generates unlimited unique email addresses forwarding to your real inbox. Founded by Oleksii Yatsenko, it separates your actual email address from the services you use, reducing exposure to spam, data breaches, and vendor lock-in with providers like Gmail, Outlook, or ProtonMail.
How It Works
You create proxy-email addresses at the ProxiedMail domain or your own custom domain. All emails sent to those proxy addresses are forwarded to your real inbox. You can reply from those aliases without revealing your actual address. If a proxy-email starts receiving spam, you can disable forwarding with one click. Unlike temporary email services, ProxiedMail addresses are permanent and reserved for you forever once created.

ProxiedMail is suited for several scenarios:
- Protecting privacy during sign-ups by using a unique proxy email for every online service, forum, or newsletter
- Preventing vendor lock-in by keeping your email addresses independent from any single email client provider
- Managing business communications with multiple aliases on a custom domain while routing all mail to a single inbox
- Automating email workflows through webhooks, API access, and Zapier integration
- Securing high-value accounts like banking and government services with addresses that cannot be blocked or taken away
Security and Infrastructure
ProxiedMail runs on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the Netherlands region. Encryption includes 3 DES on the Free plan and AES on paid plans. The company operates as Graphica Media Services LLC in Sheridan, Wyoming. The service provides a service-level agreement with 99.9% availability on Plus and higher plans. Emails are forwarded directly to your inbox and are not stored on ProxiedMail servers.
Affiliate Program
ProxiedMail does not offer a public affiliate or referral program at this time. Third-party marketplaces like AppSumo occasionally run promotional deals for the service, but there is no dedicated partner sign-up page available on the ProxiedMail website.
