Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period and users can cancel with at least 48 hours notice before the renewal date. All fees paid are non-refundable as stated in the terms of service. Upgrades within a billing period receive pro-rated credit while downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
