• Implementation: Copy a single JavaScript snippet and paste it into your website HTML head tag. The chatbot appears as a customizable widget with no further configuration needed.
• Self-maintenance: The chatbot rescans your website every 48 hours, detecting content changes and updating its knowledge base automatically. New pages and updated content are reflected without manual effort.
• Conversation routing: Each question is routed to the best AI model for the query, including GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini, OpenAI Realtime API, and open-source models like Nvidia Nemotron, all hosted on Azure in Germany.
