Integrations
Interconnect connects with over 350 apps out of the box, including Salesforce, Stripe, Jira, and Slack. Fin AI Agent also works as a standalone layer on top of existing helpdesks such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, HubSpot, Freshdesk, Dixa, Front, Zoho Desk, and Sprinklr. Flexible APIs and a developer hub support custom integrations.

Intercom offers three plans: Essential at $29 per seat per month plus $0.99 per Fin outcome, Advanced at $85 per seat per month plus $0.99 per Fin outcome, and Expert at $132 per seat per month plus $0.99 per Fin outcome. Fin AI Agent is also available standalone at $0.99 per outcome with a minimum monthly commitment of 50 outcomes and no seat costs. Optional add-ons include Pro (AI analytics, $99 per month), Copilot (unlimited AI assistance, $29 per agent per month), and Proactive Support Plus (outbound engagement, $99 per month including 500 messages). All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
Security and Compliance
Intercom holds ISO 27001, ISO 27018, and ISO 27701 certifications and is GDPR and CCPA compliant. The platform supports HIPAA on the Expert plan and provides SSO and identity management features.
