Privacy and Security

Recallify uses encrypted storage, secure data handling and strict access controls. The company is GDPR-compliant, ICO-registered and Cyber Essentials Certified. AI sub-processors do not use user content to train their models. Users can delete their data at any time, though original audio and video files are processed and then deleted from Recallify systems with only the device copy retained.
