Submit Pro is an automated directory submission tool designed for startup founders, SaaS builders, and entrepreneurs who need to list their products across multiple online directories without spending weeks on manual submissions. The platform handles the entire workflow -- from discovering relevant directories to completing forms, following up on approvals, and managing resubmissions -- all through a single-click interface that promises setup in under ten minutes.
Key Features
- One-click bulk submission: Submit your startup to 100+ directories on the Starter plan or 200+ on the Pro plan with a single action. The system automatically fills directory forms, handles confirmation emails, and tracks submission status across every platform.
- Pre-researched directory database: Access a curated, regularly updated collection of directories including AI tool listing sites, SaaS directories, startup launch platforms, and tech review sites. Each entry includes monthly traffic data so you can prioritize high-visibility placements.
- Detailed submission reports: After processing, you receive a comprehensive report showing exactly which directories accepted your listing, which are pending, and which require follow-up. This removes the guesswork from multi-directory campaigns.
- Premium directory access: The platform includes paid and invite-only directories that are difficult to discover or submit to manually, giving your startup exposure in exclusive listing spaces.
- Automated resubmission: For directories that require periodic listing updates or where submissions expire, Submit Pro handles re-submission automatically, maintaining your backlink profile over time.
Use Cases
- Startup launch campaigns: When launching a new product, founders can blanket-submit to AI tool directories, SaaS listing sites, and startup launch platforms simultaneously to build early visibility and organic traffic.
- SEO improvement: Quality backlinks from reputable directories improve domain authority and search rankings. Submit Pro helps startups accumulate these links at scale without manual outreach.
- Product-hunt style launches: The platform submits to community-driven directories including Hacker News and Product Hunt alternatives, driving referral traffic during launch windows.
- Brand awareness building: Small business owners and solopreneurs can maintain a consistent presence across dozens of directory platforms without dedicating staff to the task.
Pricing
Submit Pro operates on a one-time payment model: the Starter plan is $189 (originally $299) and covers 100+ directory submissions, while the Pro plan is $259 (originally $499) and covers 200+ directories including premium paid and invite-only directories. The one-time fee structure means founders pay once and retain access to future directory updates and resubmission capabilities without recurring subscription costs.
Intended Users
Submit Pro primarily serves startup founders and early-stage SaaS companies in their first twelve to eighteen months of operation, when building organic visibility is most critical. It is also well suited for solo developers, indie hackers, and small business owners who lack dedicated marketing personnel but need competitive online exposure. The tool assumes basic familiarity with directory submissions but requires no technical expertise to operate.
