How It Works

Security

• Data is encrypted at rest (FIPS 140-2) and in transit (SSL/TLS 1.2 or higher) via Microsoft Azure. HSTS is enforced and candidate data belongs to the customer.
• A privacy policy is auto-generated for each position and shown to candidates before they begin recording.
• Video retention ranges from 90 days to 2 years depending on the plan. Individual recordings can be deleted at any time.
