CVnow is an AI-powered platform that helps job seekers create tailored CVs and cover letters optimized for each job application. By analyzing job descriptions and adjusting resume content, structure, and phrasing, the platform aims to save time while improving the chances of securing interviews. The service is operated by Aelius Consulting Limited, based in London, United Kingdom.
How It Works
Users start by creating a new CV using the platform builder or uploading an existing resume document. For each job application, they provide the job description for the target role. CVnow AI analyzes the requirements and restructures the CV content, phrasing, and formatting to align with the specific position. The AI generates suggestions that users can review and select, giving them control over the final output. Once satisfied, the tailored CV can be downloaded immediately for submission.
