How It Works
Otter.ai uses artificial intelligence to process live audio from virtual meetings, in-person conversations, and pre-recorded audio or video files. Its AI Meeting Agent, called OtterPilot, can be scheduled to automatically join Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams meetings. Alternatively, users can record conversations directly from the Otter desktop app for Mac or Windows, the mobile app for iOS and Android, or the Chrome browser extension. Once captured, Otter generates a synchronized transcript with speaker identification, real-time word highlighting, and automated summaries.

The Pro plan starts at $8.33 per user per month billed annually and includes 1,200 monthly transcription minutes, advanced AI workflows, up to 90 minutes per meeting, unlimited storage, and Salesforce and HubSpot integrations. The Business plan starts at $19.99 per user per month billed annually and provides unlimited meetings and in-app recordings, unlimited audio and video file imports, up to 4 hours per conversation, custom AI workflows, enhanced admin features, and prioritized support. Security and Privacy
