The AI generates summaries for each document, extracts key information such as customer details, lots, eligibility and evaluation criteria, and submission dates, and identifies inconsistencies within the consultation file. This enables faster Go/No-Go decisions.
• Requirements detection and mapping: The platform automatically identifies, extracts, and structures all requirements from tender documents, building a comprehensive map of criteria that must be addressed in the response. This systematic approach reduces the risk of missed requirements and ensures proposals are fully aligned with buyer expectations.
• Response drafting: SmartDoc and SmartExcel modules write technical proposals directly in native Word templates and Excel questionnaires. Responses draw exclusively from the uploaded knowledge base, maintaining existing style guides, document structure, and brand consistency without relying on external sources or generic AI content.
• Knowledge base management: Teams can upload internal content including technical reports, past proposals, presentations, certificates, and financial documents. The AI uses this repository to generate personalized, consistent responses that reflect the organization established methodologies and evidence base.
• Compliance analysis: Before submission, BidMatching performs comprehensive criterion-by-criterion verification of the completed bid against the original tender requirements. It generates compliance scores per requirement, per document, and overall, then highlights specific deficiencies and provides actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Conversational search: A built-in chatbot enables users to ask natural language questions about both tender documents and internal knowledge base content, returning relevant passages with direct source links for verification and traceability.
